On July 3, 2025 at 7:00 PM, the Burgas audience will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the exceptional musical experience of the comic opera "Helen of Beauty", which returns to the stage after a long absence. The directorial concept of Prof. Dr. Alexander Tekeliev offers an innovative look at the classical work, combining authenticity with light modern references. Boris Stoynov's scenography masterfully recreates the atmosphere of ancient Greek temples, while Tsvetanka Petkova-Stoynova's costumes complement the visual impact with precisely developed details.
The musical direction is entrusted to conductor Deyan Pavlov, who will manage the orchestra with professional precision. The soloist ensemble includes exceptional talents, among which the impressive soprano Shmelena Sultanova in the lead role of Helen, tenor Penyo Pirozov as Paris, and baritone Yordan Hristozov in the role of Menelaus.
