Bulgarian citizens in Israel are called upon to follow the security instructions.

In response to the deteriorating security situation in Israel, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria calls on its citizens residing in the country to be extremely careful and strictly adhere to the instructions of the Israeli Civil Defense. The Bulgarian Embassy in Tel Aviv strongly recommends that its compatriots register with the consular service, providing information on the duration of their stay and current contact information, in order to provide maximum assistance if necessary.

Ben Gurion Airport is closed, and all flights are canceled until further notice. Distress signals in crisis situations are accepted 24/7 on the phones of the Situation Center Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: +359 2 948 24 04, +359 2 971 38 56, +359 893 339 616 or on the crisis email [email protected].

The Ministry reminds that Bulgarian citizens traveling or residing abroad can register in the "I'm Traveling to..." section on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive timely information and assistance if necessary.
