A 78-year-old driver from Aytos has a bruised chest after a crash at a junction in the town, Burgas regional police (ODMVR) said.

The crash happened yesterday at about 1pm, at the junction of Bratya Miladinovi and Bogoridi streets.

Police say a 36-year-old driver from Burgas in a Mercedes ML 350 did not stop at a stop sign and failed to give way to a Volkswagen Sharan that had right of way. The injured man was driving the Volkswagen.

He was taken to the Heart and Brain hospital.
