A man with a criminal record has been detained during a specialized operation in an abandoned building in the area of the Burgas cemetery. This was announced by the press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior (RDIA) – Burgas.
The police action was conducted late last night by officers from the "Criminal Police" department and the "Specialized Police Forces" sector of the RDIA – Burgas.
The detainee is a 43-year-old resident of Burgas, with a criminal record and multiple convictions.
A ten-liter bottle containing a yellow crystalline liquid, an electronic scale, gas stoves, containers labeled "Acetone", filled with a transparent liquid with a strong odor, a bucket with a red powdery substance, which is believed to be red phosphorus, were found and seized in the building.
The man has been detained for a period of up to 24 hours. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in the case.
