One Hundred Years of Cultural Tradition: A New Postage Stamp for "Varna Summer"
To mark the impressive 100th anniversary of the "Varna Summer" International Music Festival (IMF), a special postage stamp was officially validated. The ceremony was performed by the Mayor of Varna, Blagomir Kotsev, and Vesselina Komitova from "Bulgarian Posts".
"The stamp is a symbol connecting Bulgaria and Varna with the culture and values we believe in," shared the festival's artistic director, Mario Hossen.

Cultural Program: Stars and World-Class Orchestras
The anniversary year is filled with large-scale events. Following the concert by the European Union Youth Orchestra, more significant guest performances are upcoming:
- September 6: A concert by the renowned Berlin Philharmonic.
- Closing: The BBC Symphony Orchestra – London, visiting the region for the first time.
In addition to the postage stamp, a special CD featuring performances by the Varna Opera Symphony Orchestra was released to mark the centennial jubilee, preserving the musical heritage for future generations.
