Parallel to local job postings, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy has launched a national program "I Choose Bulgaria", aimed at attracting Bulgarian citizens from abroad and stimulating internal mobility.

Deputy Minister Natalia Efremova explained that the program operates in two components. The first is directed at Bulgarians who have lived outside the country in the last 18 months or completed their education abroad. The second component encourages employment in settlements with a population under 50,000.

The initiative is funded by the Human Resources Development Program and represents a targeted strategy to overcome demographic challenges.
