On May 16, 2025, the Director of the Basin Directorate "Black Sea Region" announces a procedure for issuing a permit for groundwater abstraction. The procedure is initiated by TRACE BG EOOD and refers to an existing water abstraction facility - a tubular well C-1, built on plot № 80916.70.54 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers of the village of Cherni Vrah, Kameno Municipality, Burgas Region.
The announcement is published on the basis of Article 62a, paragraph 1 of the Water Act. The purpose is to give the interested parties the opportunity to get acquainted with the initiative and to express opinions or objections, if they have any.
