Temporary traffic restriction on Trakia Motorway
Tomorrow, June 30, in the period from 07:00 to 14:30, a temporary traffic organization will be introduced in the Sofia-bound lane of the Trakia Motorway. The reason for the changes is the performance of activities for the removal of roadside vegetation in the section between the 83rd and 87th km, in the territory of Pazardzhik district.
Traffic in the passing lane will be restricted in stages, with traffic diverted to the active lane.
The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) apologizes to citizens for the inconvenience caused. The activities are necessary in order to:
- Ensure better visibility on the road;
- Increase traffic safety for all drivers.
Appeal to drivers: Drive carefully, keep a safe distance, and strictly follow the posted road signs. Avoid risky overtaking.
