Temporary traffic changes on Trakia Motorway
From August 10 to 13, travelers on Trakia Motorway should be prepared for temporary traffic management. The reason is the planned removal of roadside vegetation and cleaning of drainage ditches in sections of the Sofia and Sliven regions.
Drivers are urged to drive with increased caution and to strictly observe the temporary signage.
Schedule of activities:
- On August 10 (Monday), from 06:30 to 13:00, the emergency lane in the area of Ihtiman (from km 46 to km 56) in the direction of Sofia will be restricted. Traffic will be directed into the active and passing lanes.
- From August 11 to 13, between 08:00 and 17:00, work will be carried out in stages in the section from km 229 to km 255 (both lanes) and from km 250 to km 263 (in the direction of Burgas).
The Road Infrastructure Agency reminds drivers not to undertake risky overtaking and to comply with speed limits.
