High-level delegations from Bulgaria and Hungary meet to discuss economic cooperation

On May 29, 2025, the Third Meeting of the Bulgarian-Hungarian Joint Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation will be held in Sofia. Issues related to the intensification of economic relations between the two countries will be discussed, and a final protocol will be signed after the meeting.

The upcoming event will be held on May 29, 2025 (Thursday) in Sofia. The co-chairs of the Bulgarian-Hungarian Joint Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation are the Minister of Economy and Industry of Bulgaria Petar Dikov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó.

During the meeting, issues related to the intensification of economic cooperation between the two countries in various sectors of mutual interest will be discussed. Bilateral meetings between the official delegations are planned, as well as a plenary session of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission.
