Traffic on the "Trakia" highway in the direction of Burgas has been fully restored after an incident that temporarily hampered traffic. The "Road Infrastructure Agency" (RIA) confirmed that all restrictions imposed earlier today have now been removed and the traffic situation in the area of kilometer 26 has returned to normal.

The incident that led to the temporary traffic disruption occurred in the area of kilometer 26. Earlier in the day, traffic was restricted to the active lane only, as a car had been in an accident, blocking part of the road. This necessitated the introduction of a temporary traffic organization, which was intended to ensure the safety of those passing through and to allow the teams to respond on site.

Despite the situation, the RIA teams and other competent authorities worked quickly to remove the crashed vehicle and clear the road. Thanks to their efforts, traffic was restored in the shortest possible time. In incidents of this nature, the quick and coordinated response of the responsible institutions is of key importance for minimizing inconvenience for travelers and ensuring their safety.

Traffic restored after the incident

The restoration of traffic was met with relief by drivers traveling on one of the busiest sections of the highway. The normalization of the traffic situation allows travelers to continue their journey without additional delays. The RIA reminds drivers to always obey traffic signs and speed limits, especially in sections where road works are being carried out or where there have been incidents.

Information about the incident and the subsequent restoration of traffic was disseminated by the official channels of the "Road Infrastructure Agency" (RIA), which constantly monitors the traffic situation and informs the public of any changes.
