The Vazrazhdane party will not participate in the consultations of President Iliana Yotova with the parliamentary groups for the appointment of a caretaker Prime Minister. This was announced by the press center of the party.

The chairman of Vazrazhdane, Kostadin Kostadinov, categorically rejected the invitation. The party states that, in their opinion, a caretaker cabinet should have already been appointed and a date for elections announced.

They criticize President Radev for what they believe has delayed the process after the government's resignation, suggesting that this provides additional time for the governance of Borisov and Peevski.

Vazrazhdane calls on the president to proceed with the appointment of a caretaker cabinet and states that they do not recognize a suitable candidate from those proposed. They mention Andrey Gyurov as the only one distanced from Borisov and Peevski.
