By 4pm today, 1,376 of 10,112 voters in Sungurlare had cast ballots in the presidential runoff, a turnout of 13.61%.
At the same time in the first round a week ago, turnout was 10.74%, when 1,085 people voted.
That is 291 more voters than then, and turnout is up by almost 3 percentage points.
Even with the higher figure, Sungurlare is among the municipalities with the lowest turnout in Burgas region.
