Students from Ravda won a prestigious second place in a national competition

Students from "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Primary School in Ravda took second place in the national competition "I love Bulgaria and our traditions" with a project about folk costumes and customs.

Success for the students of "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Primary School – Ravda village

We are proud to announce that students from "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Primary School in Ravda village won the prestigious second place in the National Competition "I love Bulgaria and our traditions," organized by the Regional Center for Support of the Process of Inclusive Education – Burgas. Hundreds of children from across the country participated in the initiative, presenting their vision of Bulgarian cultural heritage.

The award is proof that young people preserve Bulgarian traditions with inspiration.

In the category "Presentation of a Bulgarian folk custom / presentation of an authentic Bulgarian folk costume," Dayana Dimova, Elena Baeva, and Zeyneb Yusein stood out. They impressed the jury with a photograph recreating the beauty of the costume and the tradition of making martenitsi – a symbol of health and hope.
