The National Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria announced details about the upcoming regional celebrations to be held at the end of July. Three different municipalities will present their unique cultural identity through a series of attractive initiatives.

Momchilgrad will implement its festive program from July 21 to 26, offering a rich set of events. In parallel, Strelcha will organize a one-day celebration on July 26, while Tsar Kaloyan will unfold two-day commemorations on July 26 and 27.

The planned events include diverse cultural formats – from musical concerts and folklore performances to craft markets and open attractions for families. Besides entertainment content, the municipalities aim to promote local traditions and stimulate domestic tourism.

The events offer opportunities to explore regional cuisine, learn about local life, and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of each municipality. Such initiatives demonstrate the importance of local holidays as a significant instrument for social and economic activity.
