The third day of Healthy Eating Week in Burgas was filled with emotions, new knowledge, and inspiration for the children who participated in various educational and practical activities. The initiative of Burgas Municipality, held under the motto “From the grain to the bread – the path to health,” continues to promote healthy habits and introduce the youngest to the value of food.

Some of the children visited a bakery, where they learned about the technology for making traditional Georgian bread. They had the opportunity to follow the entire process – from the selection of products to baking in the oven, observing with interest every step of the creation of bread.

Other children participated in demonstrations on preparing homemade bread and pastries, led by culinary specialists. With much enthusiasm and curiosity, they actively participated in the process and felt the pleasure of creating food with their own hands.

Within the framework of the initiative, the children embarked on an exciting educational journey, following the path of the wheat grain – from the fields to the warm, fragrant bread on the table. They learned how much work, care, and dedication go into creating this essential and valuable product.

Through fun activities, games, and talks, the little ones enriched their knowledge of the processes of growing wheat, its processing, and its transformation into flour and bread. They realized the importance of bread as a symbol of life, labor, and health, as well as the need to respect and preserve it.

Especially exciting for the children was the practical part, in which they kneaded various baked goods themselves. With smiles and enthusiasm, each child put effort, imagination, and heart into their culinary creation.

The third day of the initiative passed with much joy and inspiration, leaving the children with unforgettable experiences and valuable lessons about a healthy lifestyle.
