The event occurred around 2:00 at night, when a vehicle unexpectedly entered the crowd in front of the entertainment center The Vermont Hollywood. Rescue services spokesperson Adam Van Grafen reported that the driver likely lost control of his vehicle.
Initial investigations do not rule out either the accidental or intentional nature of the action. Among the injured, three are in critical condition, six are in serious condition, and nineteen have moderate injuries.
