A 17-year-old boy is in life-threatening condition after a serious accident involving an electric scooter on the road between the villages of Voynyagovo and Dabene, near Karlovo.
The incident was reported yesterday around 5:00 PM at the Karlovo District Police Department. According to preliminary investigation data, the teenager was traveling at a speed inappropriate for the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle, and fell onto the asphalt.
The injured boy was urgently transported to a hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition. A blood sample has been taken for chemical analysis.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated. Authorities are continuing to clarify all causes and circumstances surrounding the incident.
