A heavy goods vehicle tore through and swept away the median guardrail on the Trakia motorway. The traffic accident occurred at the 149th kilometer of the highway in the direction of Burgas.
The Ministry of Interior's press office confirmed that it was a single-vehicle accident. Footage shared on social media shows the heavy truck straddling the guardrail, while the rear of the vehicle is obstructing traffic in one of the motorway lanes. Fortunately, there is currently no information regarding any injuries. As a result of the incident, a line of waiting vehicles has already formed in the area.
