A serious traffic incident occurred on the night of May 13 at around 11:40 PM on Khan Krum Street in Nessebar, near Hotel Kotva and heading toward the roundabout. According to initial reports, a 24-year-old man from Gabrovo lost control of his individual electric vehicle due to excessive speed that did not match the road conditions. He fell onto the pavement and sustained severe injuries. The man was hospitalized at University Hospital in Burgas with a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage, and his condition is life-threatening. An investigation is ongoing. Authorities urge all users of personal electric vehicles to drive with increased caution, especially at night and in low-visibility conditions.
