The "Social Activities" Directorate of Nessebar Municipality provides the innovative "Telecare" service - remote care via a smart bracelet for people in vulnerable situations, providing 24/7 monitoring and rapid response.

The "Social Activities" Directorate of Nessebar Municipality offers the innovative "Telecare" service, providing remote care through an individual measuring device (smart bracelet). The aim is to monitor the basic physiological parameters of people living alone with chronic diseases, permanent disabilities and elderly people who cannot take care of themselves.

The service provides 24-hour monitoring and immediate response when needed, assisting in the early detection of health problems and reducing the need for hospitalization.

Currently, the service is used by five people and is provided for a two-year period. Participation is completely free.

The initiative is part of the Municipality of Nessebar's strategy for the modernization of social services and improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups.

The "Telecare" project is funded under the "Human Resources Development" Program 2021-2027 and is co-financed by the European Union.
