Technical glitch in Meta's social networks
Another interruption of the Facebook social network hindered users today, just a month after the previous similar incident. The issue affected not only the main platform but also the Messenger and Instagram applications.

Why did Facebook go down?
Real-time traffic monitoring websites, such as Downdetector and Down For Everyone, registered massive error reports. The interruptions are similar to those that Meta's platforms experienced in June.
