On the occasion of May 17th – the Day of Bulgarian Sport, all kindergartens in Burgas are organizing exciting sports and preparatory games. The initiative of the Municipality of Burgas aims to encourage an active lifestyle from an early age and to instill in children a love for movement and teamwork.
What does the sports festival include?
The pedagogical teams have prepared a diverse program, including:
- Relay races for speed and agility;
- Coordination exercises with balls and sports equipment;
- Demonstrations of motor skills;
- Fun competitions with an emphasis on the joy of participation.
"This initiative is an expression of our support for physical activity as a foundation for the health and development of children," the organizers shared.

The festive events will take place between May 12th and 15th on the premises of all kindergartens in the city and the settlements within the municipality. Here is when and where you can join in:
