In the past year, 158 babies born to mothers with a permanent address in Aytos were born abroad. This represents a decrease compared to previous years. In 2024, the newborns were 194, in 2022 - 202, and in 2023 - 208.

Employees from the Civil Registration and Administrative Services (GRAO) have re-issued birth certificates for babies born in Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Turkey, France, Belgium, and other countries.

Aytos does not have a maternity ward, therefore there are no precise statistics for babies born in the city. Deliveries are performed in various hospitals in the region and the country.

In 2025, the Municipality of Aytos issued 185 marriage certificates. Of these, 62 were re-issued for marriages concluded abroad, and 124 were for marriages in the Ritual Hall. The growth in marriages is insignificant compared to previous years.

For several years, newlyweds in Aytos have the option of an "off-site ritual" in the "Slaveeva Reka" park or in the Ethnographic Complex "Genger".
