Property owners in Elenite are preparing for a key meeting scheduled for October 22nd. The meeting, which will begin at 11:00 AM in the vacation village, has been announced through notices posted on the buildings in the resort, signaling upcoming important discussions.
According to Greta Ganeva, chair of the Owners' Association in the vacation village, speaking to BTA, the meeting has been convened due to the need for urgent decisions reflecting the current situation in the complex. The tension seems palpable as the owners prepare to meet to discuss the future of their properties.
"In case of urgency, important issues must be resolved. Claims will be filed by the owners," Ganeva stated to BTA, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation. The atmosphere in the resort is tense as owners gather to discuss critical issues related to their investments.
In addition to this alarming situation, the security of the complex is being carried out by police teams, creating an atmosphere of increased security. Access to the area is restricted, with passage only through a checkpoint. Owners are admitted after inspection, and after 5:30 PM entry to the complex is prohibited. This further underscores the seriousness of the situation, as the authorities are imposing strict measures for control and security.
