The European Union (EU) and the US support a six-point plan to guarantee Ukraine's security in the long term. The plan provides for permanent military support, including maintaining the strength of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) at 800,000 servicemen. It also envisages the creation of multinational forces on the territory of Ukraine, led by Europe and supported by the US, which will ensure the restoration of the AFU, air defense and maritime security.

The plan also includes control over the ceasefire with international participation, legally binding security guarantees, financial support for reconstruction and support for Ukraine's full membership in the European Union.

This plan represents a decisive step towards institutionalizing international security guarantees for Ukraine and demonstrates the EU's long-term commitment to support in the fight against Russian aggression and the restoration of sovereignty.
