Russia again struck Kharkiv with drones, causing destruction and injuries.
On the night of October 6, the city of Kharkiv was again under attack by Russian unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU), the attack led to large-scale fires and serious damage to numerous objects in the city.
A fire broke out on the territory of one of the enterprises in the Novobavarsky district. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a car burned down. In addition, private residential buildings, storage facilities, garages, and cars were also affected.
According to preliminary information, the incident resulted in four casualties.
During the attack in Kharkiv, a series of explosions were heard. The mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, confirmed that the city had been attacked by Russian attack drones.
The air in the city, interrupted by the sound of air raid sirens, seemed to remind of a constant threat. At the scene of the events, the arriving emergency services and firefighters battled the fire, while local residents watched the development of the situation with alarm.
