The Professional Association for Robotics, Automation, and Innovation (PARAi) is organizing the seventh edition of the "Robotics Strategy Forum", which will be held on September 11 at Sofia Tech Park. The event brings together leading technological organizations, including BASEL, the Mechatronics and Automation Cluster, and the Bulgarian Mechanical Engineering Chamber.
The central focus this year will be the new "Additive Days" zone - a specialized space dedicated to the most advanced achievements in 3D printing and scanning. A partner in this initiative is the company "BTuen", which will present specific examples of technological transformation in industrial conditions.
A notable example of such innovations is the collaboration with "Schneider Electric" near Plovdiv. Kamen Vasilski, a maintenance engineer, shares how 3D printing radically changes production processes, allowing the creation of functional components in an extremely short time frame.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of industrial applications of additive technologies - from rapid component production to full integration into production lines. The forum will present current trends in materials, hardware, and software for modern manufacturing.
Kristian Mihaylov, co-founder of PARAi, emphasizes the importance of the initiative: "The goal is to prove that Bulgarian innovations can be globally recognized - not just as a concept, but as real solutions that transform the industry".
Special attention will be given to the "ICT Stripes Networking Hub" - a space for informal meetings between engineers, entrepreneurs, and investors. The new format also includes a Speed Dating zone, where ten companies will help Bulgarian manufacturing enterprises find technological partners.
The main thematic directions of the forum include: "Bulgaria Creates: Global Products and Services", "International Engineering: Bulgarian Expertise", and "Ideas Ready for the World: Bulgarian Expert Potential".
Participation in the event requires prior registration. The organizers have set an ambitious goal to encourage the technological sector and strategic partnerships by bringing together leading professional organizations.
