The Ministry of Education and Science is taking a decisive step in educational reform by planning to establish a National Career Guidance Center in July 2025. The innovative institution will consolidate methodological support for career counselors across the country.
The strategic initiative aims to standardize professional orientation through a systematic approach to the development of young professionals. The center will cover all educational levels - from high school to university level, with a focus on digital and environmental skills.
A key element of the project is the annual regional training programs for career counselors, tailored to local market needs. The institution will coordinate activities between schools, universities, and personal development centers.
The initiative directly corresponds with the strategic plan of the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET) for the period 2022-2027, addressing contemporary labor market challenges.
