Radostin Vasilev from “Moral, Unity, Honor” (MECH) expressed a negative opinion regarding the handing over of the third mandate to “Alliance for Rights and Freedoms” (DPS) by the president.
The press secretariat of the head of state announced that tomorrow they will task the parliamentary group of DPS to nominate a candidate for Prime Minister.
According to Vasilev, DPS does not have electoral weight and will likely not be present in the next parliament. He added that the remnants of this party have caused irreparable damage to the Bulgarian state and are no different from the people of Delyan Peevski.
“Everything else would have been accepted more acceptably. The Alliance participated in the formation of this majority. In practice, they were the legitimization for claiming that Peevski does not participate in power,” he explained.
Vasilev added that from the point of view of seeking the most harmless subject for handing over the mandate, perhaps the president’s action is justified. He concluded with the opinion that Dogan is harmful to the Bulgarian state and should be arrested.
