Discover the magic of Polish bread baking
The Polish Institute in Sofia invites you to a unique culinary experience. On June 20 and 21, St. Anastasia Island will become a stage for traditional Polish sourdough bread baking.
What does the workshop include?
- Full process: From kneading to baking the bread.
- Theory: Learn what sourdough is and how it "works".
- Practice: Each participant or family will leave with their own freshly baked bread.

Who are the hosts?
Artisans from the Polish milling company Młyn Skokowa will share their knowledge. Their philosophy is focused on quality, using flour from verified local producers.

- Materials: All necessary supplies – original Polish flour, sourdough, and molds – are included in the price.
