The association "Angels on the Road" is protesting outside the courthouse in Burgas from 8:30am today, because Nikola Burgazliev is no longer in jail but under house arrest.
Burgas Regional Court changed his restraint order on Thursday, 29 October. The defendant was moved from custody to house arrest with an electronic tag. The regional prosecutor's office has appealed, and the Burgas Court of Appeal has yet to rule.

The protest coincides with another hearing in the case over the death of a 35-year-old woman in a quad bike accident at Sunny Beach.
The court will question the owner and the manager of the firm that rents out vehicles for rides for a second time, because the defence doubts that the quad bike passed a technical inspection. Burgazliev's lawyers say video from the inspection station shows a different vehicle.
The court has asked for all the documents from the quad bike's technical inspection.
