Pomorie is preparing for unforgettable holidays around St. George's Day 2026! The city will host a rich program filled with diverse events for all ages and interests.
May 4, Monday:
- 9:00 AM – Start of the XXII National Thracian Folklore Festival "St. George's Day 2026".
- 11:00 AM – Official opening of the XXII National Thracian Folklore Festival "St. George's Day 2026" on the open stage of the Community Center "Svetlina 1939".
May 5, Tuesday:
- 10:30 AM – Celebration for the Day of Bravery and the 140th anniversary of the establishment of the Burgas Military District (in front of the "St. George" Monastery).
- 5:30 PM – Exhibition of Pomorie artists (Dechko Stoev City Art Gallery).
- 5:00 PM – Concert by the Mixed Choir "Kozani" from Kozani and the Dance Ensemble "Pefka" from Thessaloniki, Greece (open stage of the Community Center "Svetlina 1939").
- 6:30 PM – Concert by pop singer Virginia Sъbeva – Gini (open stage of the Community Center "Svetlina 1939").
- 7:30 PM – Concert by the Greek performer Agathangelos and his band (open stage of the Community Center "Svetlina 1939").
May 6, Wednesday – St. George's Day:
- 8:30 AM – Hierarchical Holy Liturgy (St. George Monastery).
- 11:00 AM – Official opening of the holiday with greetings from the Mayor of Pomorie Municipality and official guests, awarding of prizes (open stage of the Community Center "Svetlina 1939").
- 11:30 AM – Folklore concert by DesiSlava "Bulgaria in my soul" (open stage of the Community Center "Svetlina 1939").

- 9:00 AM – Start of the Pomorie Cycling Tour Giro d’Pomorie (Salt Museum).
