The removal of the fence around illegal constructions in the locality of Baba Alino near Varna began with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Plamen Abrovski and the Regional Governor of Varna Mario Smirkov.
Unapproved fences: The law is clear
Minister Abrovski emphasized that no one has the right to fence a forest without permission. Nine properties have been fenced, four of which are state property.
Inspections and actions against offenders
Checks began to establish how the properties were transferred in the cadastre. The minister expressed confidence that the institutions would fulfill their obligations.
Administrative measures and future actions
The Regional Forestry Directorate is imposing a forced administrative measure due to the fencing of properties from the forest fund. Metal structures with vinyl advertising panels 940 meters long will be removed.
