The limited bibliophile edition “Hristo Fotev - poems Nina Kovacheva-Nina, Petrinel Gochev - graphics" will be presented on March 16th at 12:00 PM in the building of Magaziya 1, located in the Free Access Zone of Burgas Port.
The book is entirely handmade, in a print run of 60 copies and contains selected poems by Hristo Fotev, accompanied by the graphics of Nina Kovacheva-Nina and Petrinel Gochev.
Nina Kovacheva-Nina graduated from the National Academy of Arts, lives and works in Paris. She works in various media such as drawing, video, installations, photography, and others. She has exhibited in numerous museums and galleries in Europe, America, and Asia.
Petrinel Gochev graduated from secondary education at the National High School of Applied Arts “St. Luke“ – Sofia, and higher education at NATFIZ, majoring in "Directing for Dramatic Theater". He has numerous exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad.
During the event, the originals of the graphics that inspired the two authors will be shown, as well as other drawings created in the process of working on Fotev's poems.
The compiler and editor of the texts is the poet Ina Ivanova, and the printer of the edition is Rumen Raykov.
The book is part of the project “Ship in the Heart“, which combines word and visual art with the concept of figure skating on ice.
The producer of the event is Art Masters Production.
Also on March 16th, the impressive spectacle based on the poems of Hristo Fotev, which combines theater and figure skating on one stage “Ship in the Heart“, will be presented. Due to the great interest, there will be two performances - at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM at the Burgas State Opera.
