On April 25th, the fortress walls of Old Nessebar will host a celebration dedicated to cycling and the upcoming start of GIRO D’ITALIA. The joint initiative of Parkrun Nesebar and Martobike.bg promises a colorful and inspiring event for residents and guests.
The program starts at 12:00 PM with a Bike Expo. There will also be a creative workshop for posters, where local artists will help participants create original designs for welcoming the cyclists on May 8th.
From 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, Bike Fast Fix by MarТoBike offers free bicycle inspections and adjustments. During the same period, cycling challenges for children and adults are planned.
The culmination is a joint bike ride from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The route includes Old Nessebar, the New Town promenade, the bike paths and the coastal promenade of Sunny Beach. Adherence to traffic rules is mandatory.
The event is open to everyone. A safety helmet is mandatory, and children must be accompanied.
The initiative aims to promote an active lifestyle and safe cycling.
