Dear fellow citizens,
Today we celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities — a day on which we turn with respect and gratitude to all those who, with their resilience, strength, and spirit, show us what true humanity means.
This day reminds us that every person — regardless of their physical or health differences — deserves a decent place, respect, and full participation in public life.
I express my deep gratitude to you, people with disabilities in our city — for your activity, participation, and valuable contribution to the development of our society. Your example inspires us to be more supportive, more courageous, and better.
Burgas Municipality will continue to work to build an accessible environment, quality social services, and real opportunities for inclusion in all spheres of public life.
Let this day remind us that respect, compassion, and support should be part of our daily lives.
