Pomorie Municipality informs all interested natural and legal persons about a received notification forwarded by the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water (RIEW) - Burgas. The notification concerns an investment proposal that falls under Art. 4, para. 1 of the Ordinance on the conditions and procedure for conducting an environmental impact assessment (OEP).
The proposal is for "Construction of villa buildings" on a plot of land. The identification number of the property is 57491.18.331 according to the cadastral map (CM) of the city of Pomorie, locality "Koshari", Pomorie Municipality. The project proponent is Jorge Gonzalez.
The local authorities in Pomorie are familiar with the proposal and are about to consider the details. Interested parties, including citizens and legal entities, will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the documentation and express their opinions in accordance with the established procedure.
The Department of Territorial Organization, Municipal Property and Conformity Assessment (UTOS) to Pomorie Municipality will be responsible for the process.
