The capsized, half-sunk ship Horyv has drifted into Bulgaria's exclusive economic zone in the Black Sea and is moving south, the Ministry of Transport and Communications said.
The ministry warned yesterday that the ship would reach Bulgaria's area of responsibility within 24 hours. Transport minister Georgi Peev and defence minister Dimitar Stoyanov met over the case.

The ship was reported inside the zone at about 9pm last night. Cape Sivri Burun is the northernmost point of Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. When the ship was spotted, Horyv was 13 nautical miles east of it.
The ship has no crew and no lights, so the ministry calls it a danger to shipping. A navigation warning tells sailors to take care and keep at least 5 cables (about 0.5 nautical miles) away from the vessel.
Bulgarian authorities are tracking its movement in real time. The ministry says the navy may send a ship to the spot, and drones will also watch the vessel.
Today in Sofia, the defence ministers of Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey are holding a three-way meeting, which coincides with the ship's arrival in the zone. The main topic is security and defence in the Black Sea region.
A naval kamikaze drone struck Horyv on 23 October off the coast of Constanta. One sailor died, three people are missing, and Bulgarian sailors rescued the rest of the crew.
