Eight ministers will face the deputies today to answer questions and provide explanations within the framework of parliamentary control. This is the only point scheduled in the agenda of the National Assembly for today, Friday, October 10th. The session promises to be tense, as parliamentary control is an important instrument for democratic oversight.

Against the backdrop of increased public interest, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications, Grozdan Karadjov, will be among those who will answer the people's representatives. Ministers Manol Genov, Ivan Ivanov, Georg Georgiev, Daniel Mitov, Krasimir Valchev, Silvi Kirilov, and Marian Bachev are also joining. The Speaker of the National Assembly, Natalia Kiselova, announced the names of the ministers who will participate in the control at the end of yesterday's plenary session.

According to the Rules for the Organization and Activity of the National Assembly, there is a possibility of supplementing the agenda. At the beginning of the plenary day, at the proposal of the chair of the session, additional points can be included after consultations between the parliamentary groups on the chairman's council. This clause gives some flexibility to the legislative process, but it can also lead to unforeseen changes in the work of the parliament.
