"Vodoprovod and Kanalizatsiya" EAD Burgas informs its users that the accident that occurred in the late hours of December 15 on the newly built water pipeline on "Lyuben Karavelov" Str. has already been repaired.
The Water Company specifies that due to the complexity of the damage and the impossibility of carrying out a safe repair during the night, the company's teams completed work on the site today, December 16.
It has been established that the problem arose on a water pipe connection as a result of a defective elbow.
Since the water pipeline is under warranty, the contractor will restore the facility and the adjacent infrastructure in accordance with the technical requirements of VK EAD Burgas.
The water supply company apologizes for the inconvenience caused to the residents of the Central City area and thanks them for their understanding.
