An unforgettable debut for the talents from Rudnik district
The stage of the "Sea Casino" Cultural Center in Burgas became a bridge between cultures during the exciting concert "From Burgas to Hong Kong and back". For the first time, students from the violin school at "St. Kliment Ohridski" Secondary School (Rudnik district) stepped onto the big stage, showing their progress after four years of hard work with the "J. S. Bach" music school.
"Music has no borders" – this was the message of the evening, in which the children from Burgas played side by side with virtuosos from Hong Kong.
International cooperation and inspiration
A key role in this unique event was played by Nikolay Demerdzhiev, director of the Music Department at LUAC – Hong Kong. Thanks to his efforts, young talents Emma Demerdzhiev, Thomas Demerdzhiev, and Aidi Ludiya Due arrived especially for the concert to share the stage with their Bulgarian peers.
Why is this event so important?
- Stage experience: The first encounter of the students from "Rudnik" with the professional stage.
- Cultural exchange: Connecting the Bulgarian musical tradition with Asian influence.
- Motivation: Proof that with perseverance, dreams become reality.
The audience applauded loudly not only for the violinists but also for the students from the school's dance troupe, who contributed to the festive atmosphere. This concert marked the beginning of a promising creative path for the children from the Rudnik district.
