On October 6th, drivers traveling on the "Trakia" highway, in the section towards Burgas, should prepare for temporary restrictions.
From 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., in two separate sections, each approximately 300 meters long – at the 301st and 303rd kilometer, traffic will be redirected only in the overtaking lane. The reason – short-term repairs to the pavement.
At the site of the event, in Yambol region, measures will be taken to gradually restrict traffic in the active and emergency lanes while repair work is carried out.
The "Road Infrastructure" Agency issued a statement in which it apologizes to drivers for the potential inconvenience. The agency emphasizes that the repairs are vital for ensuring a safe road environment for all road users.
The appeal to drivers is categorical: to be especially careful on the road, to strictly observe traffic rules and speed limits. Risky overtaking maneuvers that could endanger the safety of travelers should not be attempted.
For all citizens and transport companies seeking information on the current road conditions, convenient communication channels are provided. Information can be found on the API website – www.api.bg.
