The accused in the case of the fatal parasailing incident in Nessebar, in which an 8-year-old boy from Razlog died, have been released.
The reason is the expiration of the maximum permissible detention period for negligence.
The tragedy occurred on August 18th this year.
The person in charge of the attraction, the sailor, and the captain of the vessel were charged in the case.
In August, the captain was released on a bail of 5,000 leva.
