Burgas Municipality Creates a New Industrial Zone: Business Park Burgas 4

Burgas Municipality is starting a procedure for the regulation of a new industrial zone – Business Park Burgas 4. It will be located between Burgas and the quarter “Vetren”. For this purpose, several detailed urban plans will be amended, which will make it possible to build new production facilities.  “Expect several more similar reports very soon. From the northern bypass of Burgas to the quarter “Vetren”, in this whole territory, a very active change in the status of properties from agricultural to non-agricultural land is beginning. But very soon after this third phase of the industrial zone, which is from the 9th kilometer – the territory of the new military plant, three more new industrial zones will be formed. And perhaps in the foreseeable future the quarter “Vetren” and Burgas will become a single common area.”, said Mayor Dimitar Nikolov during the debates. The decision was unanimously adopted when voted by the Municipal Council.
