Successful completion of the renovation of "Arena Sozopol" stadium
We are proud to announce that all planned renovation activities at the "Arena Sozopol" stadium were successfully completed on 08.06.2026. The project was implemented under the Program for Financial Support of Sports Facilities of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The modernization of "Arena Sozopol" is a key step towards the development of sports infrastructure in the region and ensuring better conditions for athletes.
Main improvements in the sports complex:
- Major renovation of the natural and artificial turf;
- Complete delivery and installation of a new, high-efficiency irrigation system;
- Replacement of sports equipment and furnishings;
- Safety improvements by covering the poles with protective mats.
Implementation details
The project was funded with 409,037.08 EUR including VAT. The contractor for the site is the company "TIBI FLOORINGS" EOOD, and the contracting authority is the Municipality of Sozopol.
The renovated stadium now offers standardized conditions for training and competitions, meeting modern safety and quality requirements.
