The new sports hall in the Burgas complex "Meden Rudnik" is ready and will soon open its doors, the mayor of the city Dimitar Nikolov announced on his Facebook page. This event is a significant step in the development of the sports infrastructure in the city.

The facility, according to the mayor, is designed to meet the needs of a variety of sports disciplines. The hall is suitable for practicing martial arts, group training and dances, offering flexibility for a wide range of activities.

At the center of the hall stands out an Olympic-sized ring, which promises to turn the new facility into a real home of boxing. The ring has impressive dimensions - 7.40 x 7.40 meters on the outside and 6.10 x 6.10 on the inside. This is the only ring with such dimensions in Burgas. The mayor emphasizes that such facilities are rare in the whole country.

In addition to boxing, the hall will offer opportunities for training clubs in wrestling and karate. In addition, the space is provided for yoga, dance or calisthenics, providing variety for athletes.

The hall is located in close proximity to the future skate park in "Meden Rudnik", creating a sports complex. Around it are football, volleyball, basketball, tennis and outdoor fitness courts. This proximity encourages the development of an active lifestyle in the area, uniting different types of sports in one place.

The building is equipped with a medical office and a manipulation room, providing health care for athletes. Two dressing rooms with bathrooms are provided. Showers and sanitary facilities have also been installed for people with mobility difficulties. For the convenience of visitors, the parking lot next to the main entrance will have 42 spaces.
