Historic Admissions for "Pharmacy" in Burgas
The "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" University in Burgas is opening a new chapter in its academic history. For the first time, the university has announced admissions for the "Pharmacy" major, leading to a Master's degree for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The Council of Ministers' decision from July 3rd gives the green light for the development of regulated medical professions in Southeastern Bulgaria.
Key Dates and Procedures
If you are planning to apply, please take note of the following deadlines:
- End of registration: Until July 9th (in person or online).
- Exams in Biology and Chemistry: July 11th and 12th.
The opening of the major follows a positive accreditation from the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (NEAA), received on March 12th of this year, with the procedure having started as early as July 2025.
