Inspection of illegal construction near Varna
The Regional Directorate for National Construction Control (RDNSK) entered the Baba Alino area near Varna following a report regarding the presence of three electrical substations. The actions were initiated by the Regional Governor Mario Smarkov in order to establish any potential illegal construction.
The comprehensive inspection aims to clarify the legality of the energy facilities in the area.

- Date of connection to the power transmission network;
- Building permits and investment projects;
- Certificates for commissioning;
- Deadlines for installation and number of measuring devices.
The energy company must provide the requested information within five working days, after which the RDNSK will take further legal steps.
