Parking permits for street and inter-block spaces in Nessebar run out on September 30, and the council will then tear down the markings itself.

Parking permits in Nessebar run out on September 30, town hall says. Permit holders have until then to clear away the signs, cones and other markers they've used to save their spot.
After that, town hall staff will remove them by force. Officials warned they won't be liable for keeping the removed items safe or intact.
